Tanker LPG

Chassis:
Made of high strength steel and semi chassis. Designed and produced to cruise on road as fully loaded. Welded by full automatic SAW and TIG. Chassis bolted to tank body via saddleses. 8.8 quality M20 bolts and fiber nuts are used.

Tank Production:
Tank material (10mm) and bow (12mm) made of P460NL1 comply with EN10028-3 and tested lamination control based on EN10160 with certificated 3.1 based on EN10204. Welded according to EN9606-1 (WPS&PQR); certification. Tank consist of single module sheets. Each module has only single welding seam. Bow thickness not less than critical calculation. Welding of tank comply with EN287-1. Tank-tank and tank-bow welded by SAW. Tank-nozzle by GTAW/SMAW. Pipe-fittings and pipe-flange by TIG. Cross and demountable baffle plate is made and mounted on dabbing bracket. Welding preparations comply with EN 1708 and EN 9692-2. Welding wires comply with EN ISO 14171.
Hydrostatic Test:
The tank whose manufacture is completed will be subjected to hydrostatic pressure test. The test will be conducted and certified under the supervision of a third party. Radiographic X-ray control %100. Control is done by certificated technician
Penetrant And Magnetic Particul Test:

Nozzle-tank and manhole weldings controlled
Control is done by certificated technician

Hyrdostatic Test:

Each tank will be applied hydrostatic test comply with EN 12493
Clean and fresh water will be used
Water temperature will be above 15oC
After hydrostatic test tank inside will be purified from water
After test tank inside will be purged by nitrogen (N).

Pneumatic Test :

Nitrogen will be pressured into tank
All fittings and connections will be check by foam

Landing legs:
Telescopic landing gears with 24 tonnes capacity and two speed landing gears painted in black.
King Pin :
It can be dismantled in DIN standards, 2” or 3,5” double king pin is used.
Axles and suspensions :
3x9 ton capacity 120 mm offset disc brake air suspension axle sets SAF GERMAN BRAND Automatic lifting system on the first axle (Lifting axle) and calipper brand is HALDEX / Option turkish axle brand.

Brake system :
WABCO or KNORR
EBS-E Plus brake system with 2 modules and 2 sensors (2S/2M) according to Regulation UNECE R13.11 or as subsequently amended. RSS (Road Stability Support) system. Pneumatic brakes with double circuit. Suspension system with manuel lowering & lifting valves.
Tyre and Rims:
6 pieces + 1 Steel Rims with 120 offset 6 pieces of tyres 385/65 R 22.5 conformant to 2015/166/EU. Rims painted in silver RAL 9006.(A Brand choice of Customers)
Electrical system:
ASPOCK or SABA
Lighting system with 24 Volt according to Regulation UNECE R48.06 or as subsequently amended. LED side, front and back marker lamps with reflectors. Reflective band located on sides and at the rear. Bulkhead division box with 2x7 pole DIN ISO 1185 and DIN ISO 3731 or 1x15 pole DIN ISO 12098.

Paint:
Sandblasting operation is made after che¬mical washing.
It is painted in special paint cabinet by Epoxy lining and acrylic paint.
Truck conformity :
Suitable with 4x2-6x2 or 6x4 Truck.
Rear Bumper :
Dip galvanized (suspension and corrosion resistant) adjustable rear bumper (compatible with Asphalt pouring machine Finisher) in accordance and applicable with ECE R58 Standards
