The flatbeds produced meet the needs and expectations of our customers. Chassis is made of reinforced high quality steel sheet metals (Strenx 700MC, Strenx960MC or S355). Special design option to suit the customer's needs. Vehicle curb weight is light or heavy, Suitable for On Road or Off Road road conditions. Container transport option in different sizes. 20 Feet, 30 Feet, 40 Feet or 45 Feet.
Chassis:
High-strength chassis manufactured from ST52-3 steel via submerged welding machine with more powerful neck.

Floor:
Wood floor thickness 4 mm with OMEGA or and 3/4 mm chequered sheet metal
Upperstructure : Option
System has 2x4 folable stanchions and 2x5 side boards and 1 rear doors which was manufactured from aluminium which is hide is 600-800 mm. Option sheet of steel
Landing legs:
Telescopic landing gears with 24 tonnes capacity and two speed landing gears painted in black.
King Pin : It can be dismantled in DIN standards, 2” or 3,5” double king pin is used.
Axles and suspensions :
3x9 ton capacity 120 mm offset disc brake air suspension axle sets SAF GERMAN BRAND Automatic lifting system on the first axle (Lifting axle) and calipper brand is HALDEX / Option turkish axle brand.

Brake system :
WABCO or KNORR
EBS-E Plus brake system with 2 modules and 2 sensors (2S/2M) according to Regulation UNECE R13.11 or as subsequently amended. RSS (Road Stability Support) system. Pneumatic brakes with double circuit. Suspension system with manuel lowering & lifting valves.
Tyre and Rims:
6 pieces + 1 Steel Rims with 120 offset 6 pieces of tyres 385/65 R 22.5 conformant to 2015/166/EU. Rims painted in silver RAL 9006.(A Brand choice of Customers)
Electrical system:
ASPOCK or SABA
Lighting system with 24 Volt according to Regulation UNECE R48.06 or as subsequently amended. LED side, front and back marker lamps with reflectors. Reflective band located on sides and at the rear. Bulkhead division box with 2x7 pole DIN ISO 1185 and DIN ISO 3731 or 1x15 pole DIN ISO 12098.

Bulk-head:
Standard height of the steel front wall is 1300 mm and front all completely mounted with bolts & nuts. (Galvanised)
Paint:
Sandblasting operation is made after che¬mical washing.
It is painted in special paint cabinet by Epoxy lining and acrylic paint.
Truck conformity :
Suitable with 4x2-6x2 or 6x4 truck.
Rear Bumper :
Dip galvanized (suspension and corrosion resistant) adjustable rear bumper (compatible with Asphalt pouring machine Finisher) in accordance and applicable with ECE R58 Standards
Hydraulic System : Side tipping option
System has 3 hydraulic pistons which’s brand is Turkish Brand, maximum working pressure is 190bar , has splitter valve for sencronized lifting and one enterance socket located in chassis construction just behind the landing gears. You can choose limitor switch which is pneumatic or electirical activated.
