4 Axle Drawbar

Chassis:
ST52 main frame in accordance with EU 53-62 Standards.

Landing legs:
650 mm mechanical landing leg and Drawbar 40-60 mm.
Axles and suspensions :
3x 10 ton capacity 120 mm offset disc brake air suspension axle sets SAF GERMAN BRAND Automatic lifting system on the first axle (Lifting axle) and calipper brand is HALDEX / Option turkish axle brand.
Brake system :
EBS brake system (4S/2M) (4S/3M) in conformity with 71 /320 / EWG or ECE R 13 Regulations.
Tyre and Rims:
Tire options suitable for 17,5” rims. 13 tires 235/75 / 17.5 or 245/70/17,5 (M+S )
Electrical system:
ASPOCK or SABA
Lighting system with 24 Volt according to Regulation UNECE R48.06 or as subsequently amended. LED side, front and back marker lamps with reflectors. Reflective band located on sides and at the rear. Bulkhead division box with 2x7 pole DIN ISO 1185 and DIN ISO 3731 or 1x15 pole DIN ISO 12098.

Paint:
Sandblasting operation is made after che¬mical washing.
It is painted in special paint cabinet by Epoxy lining and acrylic paint.
Galvanization:
The chassis and superstructure are immersed in the liquid zinc pool at 450 degrees C and the whole surface is covered with zinc. It provides protection against rusting and corrosion between 30 and 40 years by galvanizing.
Ramps:
Hydraulic or manual operated ramps with appropriate dimensions according to the customers’ preferences. Sliding of ramps inside and outside, foldable ramps.
Tendem :
Made from ST52 reinforced steel, mounted to chassis and front wall, with 50mm eye and can be adjusted in mechanical system.
