3 Axle Dumper

Chassis is manufactured by robotic welding with high strength Strenx700MC steel sheet from the SSAB Company in Sweden. Hardox 450 and Hardox 500 TUF are used in the construction of the box. That is why T-ker’s tippers are the most preferred in construction, mining and excavation business field.

Chassis Structure :
Chassis is manufactured by robotic welding with high strength Strenx700 MC sheet metal.
Body:
It can be manufactured in options of  Hardox 450 and Hardox 500 TUF wear plate between 18 m3 and 32 m3 for various loads. Front wall and rear door are made of impact and abrasion resistant Hardox wear plate. At the same time column reinforcement are made of imported and abrasion resistant  Hardox wear plate as well
Landing legs:
JOST modul landing legs 2 manual operated, heavy duty 2 X 24 tons capacity landing gears.
King Pin : It can be dismantled in DIN standards, 2” or 3,5” double king pin is used.
Axles and suspensions :
Axles: It has axle with drum (or disc) with 3 x 12 Ton capacity.
Lifting system: There is axle lifting system at front axle.
Suspension: Air suspension.

Brake system :
2S-2M Wabco or Knorr-Bremse, EBS and RSS.
Tyre and Rims:
3x9 ton or 4x12 ton capacity axles with drum brake; pneumatic suspension, tyres 385x65xR22,5 or 315x80xR22,5
Electrical system:
ASPOCK or SABA
2x7 Pinned,SAE Standard , Complete lighting system is used.
7 Nos functioned rear stop lamps (horned).
2 Nos white led illuminated front lamps.
4 x 2 yellow led illuminated side lamps.
2 traffic license plate lamps.
Rear rotating lamp.

Hydraulic System:
5 stage telescopic cylinder
Paint:
Sandblasting operation is made after che¬mical washing.
It is painted in special paint cabinet by Epoxy lining and acrylic paint.
Truck conformity :
Suitable with 4x2-6x2 or 6x4   truck.
Rear Bumper:
Dip galvanized (suspension and corrosion resistant) adjustable rear bumper (compatible with Asphalt pouring machine Finisher) in accordance and applicable  with ECE R58 Standards
